First of all, Happy New Year 2013!!! Had fun during new year eve? I bet all of you did. :)
Are you up for your new year resolutions? I roughly have mine but not gonna write about it today.
Instead, this poor blogger is gonna blog about her 21st Birthday on September last year. Lol*
By the way, it's my first day to college today, new semester has started. Everything back to normal.
Life in KayElle, stressful life but also enjoy some cheerful moments at the same time.
Work hard also play hard yet I feel mostly I'm more into the ~~'play hard'~~ category. Hahaha
Oops! Back to my topic. Celebrated my 21st B'day Dinner @ Elcerdo, Changkat Bukit Bintang.
I heard many good reviews that it's a really nice place to celebrate birthday so we had a try.

Nose to tail eating which means they are serving the pork meat from the pig's nose right to it's tail. Lol*

Cochinillo Asado @ RM215++.

It is the signature dish at Elcerdo, a roasted suckling pig. So crispy!

The waiter is doing a briefing and demonstration to us.

Maximum of two persons are allowed to do this custom.

Their skin is so crispy which can be cut by a normal kitchen plate!

This is a Spanish custom by cutting the suckling pig using a plate to wish for a good luck either in our love relationships, career or health.

Once the plate is used to cut the suckling pig, you need to smash the plate in the bucket provided to smash away all your bad luck.

You'll probably hear the plate braking sound along your dining session. Please get used to it because it's not someone who accidentally broke their plates. Hahaha!
